Building on our time together here in 2025, this milestone year’s theme— Navigating New Waters: Continuing to Evolve — invites our community to reflect on four decades of progress, venture beyond familiar horizons, and adapt to higher education's shifting tides.
As always, the GCC annual conference strives to provide an opportunity for members to build communities of support and stay on the cutting edge of the field of career and professional development. This inspiring and forward-looking gathering celebrates the positive impacts our work has on the lives of graduate students, postdocs, and faculty, and campus, employer, and community stakeholders, emphasizing our shared commitment to adapting and evolving within academia's shifting landscape.
