Location: MD Anderson, Houston
Dates: Wednesday through Friday, June 27-30, 2017
Pre-conference: Tuesday, June 26, 2017
Conference hotel: Courtyard by Marriott Medical Center Houston


Houston Airports

George Bush Intercontinental Airport - IAH
Hotel direction: 26 miles S

William P Hobby Airport - HOU
Hotel direction: 14 miles NW

The conference hotel provides complimentary on-site parking
 

Transportation

You will need to arrange your own travel from the airport to the hotel upon arrival to Houston.  Approximate cost to the Courtyard by Marriott Medical Center from Bush Intercontinental Airport is $50, and $30 from Hobby Airport.
 
A shuttle will circulate between MD Anderson and the Courtyard by Marriott hotel from 10:30am-1pm on Friday, June 30, but you will need to make your own transportation arrangements (Uber, Super Shuttle, etc.) from the hotel. Uber availability from MD Anderson is not guaranteed, and because of patient care restrictions at the facility, luggage storage is not permitted on the MD Anderson campus.
 
Remember, Friday kicks off a holiday weekend and Houston is known for its traffic.
Please make flight arrangements accordingly!
 
Other Houston transportation information:
Supershuttle.com offers service to both Houston airports. Approximate one-way cost to/from MD Anderson to Bush Intercontinental Airport is $24 per person. Cost to Hobby Airport is $20 per person.Reservations must be made. Call toll-free 1-800-258-3826 or 713-523-8888.
 
Houston's METRO system can take riders virtually anywhere in town they want to go.
